PRODUCTION ON RESERVATION POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how order cancellations are handled for purchases made from EKVAAR, a brand owned and operated by EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated under the laws of India.

EKVAAR operates primarily on a Production on Reservation (POR) model. All confirmed reservations are treated as confirmed purchase orders and are subject to this Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

SECTION 1 – ORDER CONFIRMATION & PRODUCTION

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment authorization, and

  • Issuance of order confirmation by EKVAAR.

Under the Production on Reservation (POR) model:

  • Products are manufactured after order confirmation.

  • Production typically begins within 1–2 business days from confirmation.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders under this model.

SECTION 2 – PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Processing & Production: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery After Dispatch: 2–5 business days

Total estimated delivery timeline: approximately 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • Customer pin code

  • Courier partner operations

  • External factors beyond reasonable control

SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION

Cancellation requests may be considered only before the order has entered production or fulfillment processing.

To request cancellation, customers must contact:

If the order has not entered production or dispatch processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATION AFTER PRODUCTION OR DISPATCH

Once an order has:

  • Entered production, or

  • Been processed for dispatch, or

  • Been handed over to a logistics partner

It cannot be cancelled or modified.

All returns and refunds thereafter are governed strictly by the Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 – NON-APPLICABILITY OF SUBSCRIPTIONS OR PRE-ORDERS

EKVAAR does not currently offer:

  • Subscription-based purchases

  • Recurring billing arrangements

  • Installment-based delivery plans

  • Try-before-you-buy programs

All purchases are single-order transactions processed under the Production on Reservation (POR) model.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are advised to:

  • Review product descriptions carefully

  • Confirm size selection using the size chart

  • Verify delivery address and contact details

  • Understand applicable processing and delivery timelines

before placing an order.

SECTION 7 – POLICY UPDATES

EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
