Custom Studio allows you to personalize select EKVAAR products by adding your own text or design within predefined placement and size limits. Each piece is made-to-order.
Customizable Options
Only products marked as Custom Studio eligible can be customized. Availability depends on fabric, construction, and placement feasibility.
Design Uploads
Yes. Uploaded designs must be high resolution and must not violate copyright, trademark, or content guidelines.
Preview
Yes. The preview represents placement and scale. Final output may vary slightly due to fabric texture and the production process.
Placement, Size & Color
Yes, but customization is limited to approved placements, defined size ranges, and available print or embroidery methods to ensure quality and durability.
Orders, Production & Policies
Returns & Exchanges
No. All Custom Studio orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Production Timeline
Delivery timelines vary by location and are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Order Changes
No. Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Payment Method
All Custom Studio orders must be prepaid to confirm production. No COD is available.
Design Ownership
You retain ownership of your original design. EKVAAR is permitted to use the design only to fulfill your order.
