Kaili is the Malayalam word for the lungi, the wrapped cloth worn across South Asia and a part of everyday life on the Kerala coast. The KAILI oversized tee redraws its familiar check at a broad scale and prints it all over, edge to edge. It is a printed design, made as a tribute to that everyday cloth.
The KAILI oversized tee is made from micro-knit polyester at 240 GSM. This fabric carries an all-over print cleanly, so the bands and lines of the check stay crisp, and the weight gives the oversized shape a good drape.
