Return & refund policy

This refund policy sets out when EKVAAR replaces or refunds a piece and how to ask. Every piece is made in India for you once you reserve it, so there are no general returns or size exchanges; the refund policy below covers damaged, defective, misprinted and incorrect items, and how refunds are paid.

A wrong size is not covered by this refund policy, so please check the size guide before you reserve, and see the Shipping Policy and FAQ for related questions. The Government of India’s National Consumer Helpline is at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made from EKVAAR, a brand owned and operated by EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

EKVAAR operates as a fashion brand and manufacturer of EKVAAR apparel and accessories, serving customers through both Business-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) models.
All operations are currently limited to India only.

References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “EKVAAR” refer to EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

EKVAAR does not offer general returns.

Returns are accepted only in cases where:

• The product received is damaged
• The product is defective
• The product is misprinted
• An incorrect product was delivered

Requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved:

• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from approval

Shipping Charges:
EKVAAR offers free shipping. As no shipping fee is charged, no shipping amount is refundable or deductible.

EKVAAR does not offer size exchanges at this time.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart provided.
Orders placed with incorrect size selection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in cases including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind or preference
• Minor color variations due to screen or printing differences
• Measurement variance within ±0.5 inches
• Damage caused by improper handling or careless unboxing
• Requests raised after the 7-day return window

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Mandatory Proof Required:

• Clear unboxing video
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the original outer packaging

If sufficient proof is not provided, EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to reject the request.

After internal verification and quality review, EKVAAR may issue a replacement or a full refund.

Orders marked as Undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO) due to reasons such as:

• Customer unavailable or unreachable
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer refusal
• COD not accepted
• Unserviceable pin code
• Multiple failed delivery attempts

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of reverse logistics and operational charges.

If an order is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, a full refund will be issued.

In cases of excessive delay, EKVAAR may choose to re-ship the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Products are manufactured using professional printing and production processes.
Minor color or finish variations may occur due to fabric base, ink absorption, lighting, or screen differences.

Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.

Customers are advised to unbox carefully. Damage caused by sharp objects is not eligible for return unless supported by valid unboxing proof.

Returns are provided for genuine issues only and are not intended as a trial or sampling mechanism.
