These terms of service are the agreement between you and EKVAAR when you browse ekvaar.com or reserve a piece. Every piece is made in India for you once you reserve it. The terms below apply along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Welcome to EKVAAR. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name EKVAAR.

EKVAAR operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, products, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide customers with access to EKVAAR fashion and accessories.

By visiting, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority under applicable Indian law
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

You may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including contact, billing, and shipping details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities carried out under your account.

You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.

EKVAAR operates as:

• A fashion brand and manufacturer of apparel and accessories
• Serving customers through Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) models

Certain terms, pricing, timelines, or conditions may differ for B2B or bulk orders and will be communicated separately.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However:

• Colors and appearance may vary due to screen, lighting, or printing limitations
• Minor variations do not constitute defects

All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit any product at our discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is accepted after EKVAAR confirms the reservation and, for prepaid orders, payment is received. Eligible COD reservations follow the confirmation requirements shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Operational limitations

Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or offers at any time. Prepaid orders require payment through an approved method before processing. Cash on Delivery applies only where offered and accepted at checkout.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Every piece is made to order. Production and delivery together take 5–7 days from order confirmation. Location and shipping exceptions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

All delivery timelines are estimates. EKVAAR is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

EKVAAR will assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues with courier partners.

We do not offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns. Report damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

No returns or refunds will be processed outside the terms stated therein.

All content on the Services, including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and product concepts, are the intellectual property of EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

“EKVAAR” and all related brand assets are proprietary trademarks.

The Services may integrate or link to third-party platforms (including payment gateways such as Razorpay, logistics providers, and analytics services).

EKVAAR is not responsible for the content, performance, or policies of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

If you submit reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you grant EKVAAR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use such content for business and marketing purposes.

You confirm that such content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

The Services and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EKVAAR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, EKVAAR LIFESTYLE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EKVAAR from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Services
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
