LOOP and EASE in one paragraph
LOOP and EASE are EKVAAR’s loungewear lines within Solids. LOOP is soft looped French terry: a roomy tee and shorts. EASE is the relaxed set: joggers, sweatpants, an oversized shirt and a kaftan. Together they cover a full day at home, from a slow morning to an evening on the sofa, in plain colours that also work outside.
Loungewear is often treated as a separate category from everyday clothes. These pieces are designed so it does not have to be. Below is what each piece is, what it costs, and how to put a few of them together.
What is French terry?
French terry is a knit with small loops on the inside and a smooth face on the outside. The loops make it soft against the skin and give it a little weight without being as hot as thick fleece. It is the loungewear fabric used in LOOP, and it is why the name is LOOP. The EASE Sweatpants use a similar idea: they are described as a terry sweatpant with a soft looped inside.

The LOOP loungewear pieces
LOOP Oversized Tee
The LOOP Oversized Tee (₹899) is thick, soft and easy: a roomy, drop-shoulder tee in looped French terry. It comes in Rui White and Noor Black. It reads as a proper tee, not pyjamas, so you can wear it around the house and also to the corner shop.
LOOP Shorts
The LOOP Shorts (₹999) are soft French terry shorts with an elastic drawstring waist and side pockets. They come in Rui White, Noor Black and Gulabi Pink. They are made for slow days, and the pockets mean your phone goes with you to the kitchen.

EASE Joggers
The EASE Joggers (₹1,149) are a relaxed cotton jogger with a tapered leg and a ribbed waist and cuffs, made for slow mornings, travel and everything in between. They come in Noor Black, Neel Blue, Arav Green and Gulabi Pink. The ribbed cuffs keep the hem clean and the tapered leg means they still look tidy if you step outside.
EASE Sweatpants
The EASE Sweatpants (₹1,249) are a loose-fit terry sweatpant with a soft looped inside and two front pockets. They are looser than the joggers. Choose these when you want the most relaxed fit. They come in Noor Black.
EASE Oversized Shirt
The EASE Oversized Shirt (₹899) is a relaxed, drop-shoulder shirt in soft cotton with a clean collar and button front, made to be worn closed or open. It comes in Rui White, Noor Black and Gulabi Pink. At home it works as a light layer over a tee. Outside it can become a small outfit change without much effort.
EASE Kaftan
The EASE Kaftan (₹1,149) is a loose, free-size kaftan in soft woven satin with a V-neck, flutter sleeves and a hidden adjustable belt. It comes in Rui White and Noor Black. It is the lightest piece here and the only one that is not knit, so it feels cooler on warm days.

How to choose between joggers and sweatpants
The two look similar in a photo but behave differently.
- Joggers: tapered leg, ribbed waist and cuffs, in cotton. More structured. Better if you want a piece that can leave the house.
- Sweatpants: loose fit, terry with a looped inside, two front pockets. Looser and cosier. Better if you want nothing tight anywhere.

Sizing for lounge pieces
Loungewear tends to be bought a size up, but that is worth thinking about. LOOP and EASE loungewear is already cut loose, so a much larger size can look shapeless. Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes and want the roomiest feel, size up. If you want a tidier look outside the house, stay with your usual size. Caring for terry and cotton loungewear
Loungewear gets worn and washed more than almost anything else, so care is worth a few lines.
- Wash in cool or lukewarm water.
- Turn terry pieces inside out to protect the loops.
- Dry in shade. Strong heat can shrink cotton and flatten loops.
- Do not mix with rough items like jeans or towels, which can rub the surface.

Building a loungewear wardrobe slowly
You do not need every piece. Think of loungewear as three jobs and buy one piece for each.
- Something for heat: LOOP Shorts or the EASE Kaftan.
- Something for the middle of the day: the LOOP Oversized Tee, which works on its own or as a layer.
- Something for cooler hours: EASE Joggers or EASE Sweatpants.
Once these three are in place, the EASE Oversized Shirt is a useful fourth: a light layer that also gives you a way to look put together in seconds. Choose colours from the same small set, such as Noor Black and Rui White, so every piece goes with every other. That way, when you need to open the door or run out for milk, you are already dressed.
It also helps to keep loungewear separate from workwear in your cupboard, but not so separate that it is hidden. Fold the pieces you reach for most on the top shelf, and the rest below. A small habit, but it keeps the good pieces in use rather than sitting in a stack you never open.
